Parksville Wedding Video | Rachel and Reid | Tigh Na Mara Wedding, Parksville, BC

August 10, 2019

When Reid proposed the idea we be there to capture the moment when he sang (accompanied by members of internationally-renowned choir Chor Leoni) to Rachel as she came down the aisle, we said yes. A thousand times yes. And the moment was as magical as it sounds. This film opens with that moment, as Reid leads the choir through Nat King Cole’s “That Sunday, that Summer”. But, if you think the emotional moments stop there, keep watching.

Choir director Erick Lichte officiated this beautiful ceremony and did an incredible job weaving together Rachel and Reid’s love story in a way that captured their essence not only through words, but through song and through tears as well. His wonderful words form the base of this highlight film, but the gorgeous and heartfelt speeches, a stunning first look, and absolutely perfect vows tie the rest of the moments from this day together into a beautiful film. Rachel and Reid wanted their day to feel relaxed, to be surrounded by good music and by nature, and to be able to celebrate with their loved ones, and this day was exactly that.

“We are here today because you love each other, and we love you. Never forget these facts or this moment. May your voices and songs entwine in harmony for the rest of your days.”

I mean, what else is there to say?
